Responsibilities- Support Sales Consultants throughout the sales cycle and assist with client engagement
- Conduct account and market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers
- Help prepare customized presentations, proposals, and client materials
- Participate in sales meetings and prospect conversations via multiple channels
- Draft follow-up communications and coordinate meetings using Outlook and Teams
- Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM updates and support administrative tasks
- Uphold TriNet's values and ethical business practices
- Learn and apply sales tools and participate in onboarding and development programs
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Open to candidates at all experience levels, including recent graduates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with others
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable learning new tools in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/tools beneficial
- Travel up to 15%
