Overview In this role you drive enterprise expansion for Workday's CLM platform. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals with procurement and IT leadership, aligning legal stakeholders to move deals forward. You help customers modernize source-to-pay workflows and govern supplier risk with a strategic CLM backbone. You'll work closely with cross functional teams to deliver measurable ROI and contribute to Workday's growth in the enterprise market. Responsibilities- Drive complex, solution-focused sales cycles from prospecting to closing
- Manage relationships with CPOs, CIOs and Legal/GC influencers to build consensus
- Articulate CLM as the backbone of S2P, stressing risk management, velocity, and compliance
- Conduct tailored discoveries and present ROI cases addressing IT architecture and legal risk
- Build and manage pipeline via outbound prospecting, account planning, and cross-team collaboration
Key requirements- 5+ years of SaaS/software enterprise account executive experience selling CLM, Procurement, ERP, or S2P applications
- Strong operational understanding of the Source-to-Pay process (Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management)
- Proven track record selling to CPOs, CIOs, and Legal Operations/GC teams
- History of quota achievement with $1M+ annual ACV targets in high-growth environments
- Proficiency with enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling)
- Stakeholder alignment across executive and legal teams
