Overview As a Scientist at FL106, you will design and execute preclinical studies to advance therapeutic programs. You will lead flow cytometry, primary cell isolation, and imaging work to characterize cell and tissue phenotypes and validate targets. Your work will span in vitro and in vivo mouse studies, with a focus on mechanistic insights using siRNA and advanced assays. You will collaborate across teams to drive project goals and mentor junior scientists in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to transformative drug delivery research at a well-supported biotech company.
