Responsibilities- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure compliance with contract documents
- Take hand-offs from estimating and administer budgets, contracts, materials, and equipment
- Coordinate with superintendents, vendors, and purchasing to ensure material accuracy
- Lead with a growth mindset, focus on safety, quality, schedule, and customer service
- Conduct contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and cost tracking
- Support material coordination and accuracy through cross-functional collaboration
Key requirements- Minimum five years of experience in the trade
