Sr. Energy Engineer

As a Senior Energy Engineer, you will deliver high-quality energy analyses with minimal supervision and guide junior team members. You'll articulate value propositions to clients and coordinate with stakeholders to implement energy projects. The role blends technical modeling with client-facing communication and project leadership. You'll work within a dynamic engineering team focused on delivering impactful energy solutions. This is a hands-on position with growth opportunities and exposure to incentive programs and project finance aspects.

• base salary $90-120K

• Deliver high-quality energy analysis with minimal oversight
• Delegate tasks to junior team members
• Develop and articulate value propositions from limited client information
• Communicate concisely with clients and project stakeholders
• Collaborate with sub-contractors and other stakeholders to implement energy projects

• Proficiency in energy modeling software and spreadsheets
• Strong understanding of energy economics
• Excellent client communication and management skills
• Knowledge of energy audit and retro-commissioning processes
• Familiarity with NY/NJ utility incentive programs (ConEd, NYSERDA, NJ SmartStart)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Knowledge of energy project finance and funding methods
