Overview In this role you guide federal facility recovery projects in Kauai from initial assessment through construction, turning findings into executable scopes and priorities. You lead construction managers and subcontractors to keep safety, quality, schedule, and cost on track. You will work onsite with cross-functional teams to adapt to changing site conditions and urgent needs. Responsibilities- Lead onsite construction management across facility repairs, building envelope restoration, utilities, and related infrastructure
- Translate assessment findings into executable scopes, sequencing plans, and construction priorities
- Direct construction managers and coordinate engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Monitor safety, quality, schedule, budget, and progress; resolve issues impacting delivery
- Review construction plans, submittals, RFIs, change proposals, and field documentation
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recovery actions to internal and federal stakeholders
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field and 10+ years of leading complex facility or infrastructure construction/repair programs, including 2 years in a leadership role or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
