Overview In this role you will support Life Experience Studies initiatives, focusing on data processing, assumption development, and reporting that underpin pricing, valuation, and risk management. You will partner with IT, Valuation, and cross-functional teams to improve controls and share insights. You will document methodologies, automate recurring processes, and help ensure data integrity across flows. You will contribute to analyses of policyholder behavior and morbidity experience and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities- Support Life Experience Studies data needs, collaborating with IT, Valuation, and other teams
- Assist development of Policyholder Behavior and/or Morbidity experience assumptions
- Enhance controls process for various data flows
- Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and best practices
- Document methodologies and automate recurring processes to improve workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure data integrity
Key requirements- Minimum 3 years actuarial or data analytics experience
- Analytical, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving
- Ability to synthesize large data volumes and identify anomalies
- Hands-on SQL, Python, or other programming languages
- Innovative mindset to improve current processes
- Strong priority setting, time management, and organizational skills
