Responsibilities- Lead electrical design from conceptual design through construction administration and post-occupancy
- Perform routing engineering calculations and deliver comprehensive electrical designs for diverse projects
- Write internal/external reports summarizing findings
- Stay current with codes/tech for power, lighting, telecom and fire alarm systems
- Research, design, specify, witness testing of electrical systems and components
- Conduct site visits for data collection and assessment of systems
- Coordinate with client and multiple disciplines; act as electrical engineer point of contact
- Assist in proposal preparation and discipline plans with senior leadership
- Manage multiple projects; mentor and review team work
- Ensure discipline plans meet project scope and schedule
- Review team outputs for quality and training needs
- Present to owners, clients, and architects as needed
Key requirements- BA/BS in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering; 6+ years related experience
