Overview In this role, you lead federal facility recovery work in Kauai, guiding efforts from assessment through construction. You convert findings into executable scopes and priorities, directing construction managers and field teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met. You'll make timely decisions as site conditions evolve and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders. The position is onsite in Kauai with per diem support as appropriate, offering a meaningful impact on critical infrastructure recovery.

Responsibilities- Lead onsite construction management across facility repairs, building envelope restoration, utilities, and related infrastructure work
- Translate assessment findings into executable scopes, sequencing plans, and construction priorities
- Direct construction managers and coordinate engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Monitor safety, quality, schedule, budget, and progress and resolve issues that threaten delivery
- Review construction plans, submittals, requests for information, change proposals, and field documentation
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recovery actions to internal and federal project stakeholders
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 10+ years of leading complex facility or infrastructure construction and repair programs, including 2 years in leadership or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
