Overview In this role you will lead global accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely consolidated financial results and insightful leadership reporting. You will drive the monthly and quarterly close, oversee financial statement consolidation, and partner with external reporting for SEC filings. You'll influence senior leadership with clear insights and work across functions to strengthen close, consolidation, and reporting processes. Responsibilities- Lead and develop global teams responsible for close, consolidation, management reporting, balance sheet analysis, and cash flow reporting
- Manage consolidated monthly and quarterly close, set clear expectations, monitor performance, and ensure timely deliverables
- Oversee consolidation of financial results to ensure accuracy and integrity of consolidated statements
- Lead quarterly management reporting including executive packages, variance analysis, and management commentary
- Oversee cash flow statement preparation and related reporting
- Translate financial results and drivers into decision-useful insights for senior leadership
- Coordinate with Finance stakeholders to resolve close, consolidation, and reporting issues, dependencies, and risks
- Support Forms 10-Q and 10-K with External Reporting, including analysis and disclosures
- Collaborate with Corporate Planning, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, Tax, IR, CFO Office, and others to support quarterly reviews
- Support external auditors with requests related to close, consolidation, reporting, cash flow, and disclosures
- Liaise with IT to assess system impacts, coordinate issue resolution, and communicate risks
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to drive timely, high-quality close and reporting
- Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives to strengthen quality, efficiency, and controls
- Identify and implement automation, technology, and AI-enabled solutions across close, consolidation, and management reporting
- Benchmark leading practices to continuously improve processes, controls, and outputs
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting or financial reporting, or 8+ years with Master's
- 5+ years leading global teams
- CPA certification
- Public accounting experience
- Experience leading financial close, global consolidation, and management reporting
- Experience with management reporting, financial statement analysis, and cash flow reporting
- Experience supporting SEC reporting (Forms 10-Q and 10-K)
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ability to build partnerships, influence across functions, and drive accountability
- Experience with ERP/consolidation/reporting systems (e.g., SAP, S/4HANA, Workiva) and advanced Excel
