Overview As a Project Engineer for On-Site Solutions, you drive the technical execution of SCADA and PPC projects at renewable energy sites. You will work within a project matrix to deliver across solar, wind, and battery storage initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and budgets. You'll analyze projects, configure software for optimal data value, and support on-site commissioning-traveling up to 50% of your time. Responsibilities- Analyze photovoltaic and wind projects to monitor essential variables
- Create single line diagrams and cabinet hardware details for SCADA deployments
- Coordinate with team to meet delivery schedules and support group activities
- Support commissioning of SCADA systems, including on-site visits
- Configure software to maximize data value from installations
- Prepare technical reports, perform critical reviews, and present to clients
- Contribute to the On-site Solutions team delivering SCADA and PPC within scope, schedule, and budget
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering or Master in Engineering (minimum) with 3+ years' experience
- 3+ years' hands-on renewable energy project experience (solar PV, wind, or BESS)
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., MODBUS)
- Ability to create single line diagrams (AutoCAD)
- Strong planning and organizational skills for multi-project work
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and Spanish
