Overview In this role you will source and evaluate venture investments across Seed to Series B, guiding deal flow through due diligence and execution. You'll drive AI/ML initiatives across Micron, including Generative AI and physical AI, and translate insights to executives. You will maintain relationships with portfolio companies and align them with Micron's strategy, while producing executive-level briefings. You'll mentor teammates and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to advance the company's investment and AI goals. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of technology, venture capital, and the semiconductor ecosystem.

Responsibilities- Source and evaluate venture investments across Seed, Series A, and Series B with end-to-end deal flow management
- Drive alignment and execution of AI/ML initiatives across the company, including Generative AI and physical AI
- Maintain relationships with portfolio companies and ensure alignment with Micron's investment strategy
- Develop executive-level briefings and recommendations for leadership, the Board, and the Investment Committee
- Mentor team members and partner cross-functionally with business and technology stakeholders
Key requirements- Master's degree in CS/EE/Math/Physics/Statistics or related field, plus MBA from Tier 1 university
- Experience in venture capital, startups, or senior operating roles with deal sourcing and investment processes
- Strong financial acumen with technical depth in at least one AI or semiconductor-related domain
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and delivering data-backed recommendations
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
