Overview

In this role you support the Airport Hubs & Gateway Team within Customer Experience, focusing on administrative operations and onboarding processes. You will lead a team of Support Staff, manage schedules, and train new members, helping ensure smooth airport operations. You'll contribute to reporting and project work, including onboarding compliance and event coordination, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver reliable travel experiences. Responsibilities
  • Lead a group of Support Staff and oversee office duties
  • Assign schedules for Support Staff within Admin
  • Create and provide training for new Team Support members
  • Cover Manager duties when absent
  • Assist with management presentations, trend analysis, and special projects
  • Track onboarding tasks: system access, badges, fingerprinting, training
  • Assist in station event planning and execution (e.g., Do Crew, luncheons, recognition events)
Key requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Previous office/clerical experience
  • Bachelor's degree or prior college education (preferred)
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure
  • Ability to prioritize, detail-oriented, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivation with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to fulfill FAA background checks for SIDA (if applicable)
