Overview

As a Project Manager, you will oversee large and complex concrete construction programs to ensure profitable operations within time and budget. You will coordinate activities directly or through supervisors, guiding projects from planning through execution. This role sits at the heart of our fast-paced, safety-conscious environment, partnering with clients and subcontractors to deliver on multimillion-dollar initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise to navigate schedules, resources, and tradeoffs, shaping outcomes for major road, airport, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities
  • Manage large, complex concrete construction projects or multiple medium-sized projects to maintain profitable operations
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet project goals within timeframes and funding parameters
  • Oversee work personally or via subordinate supervisors to ensure objectives are achieved
Key requirements
  • 5 years of related construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of concrete construction project management, including highway paving and/or airport construction
  • DOT operational experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Experience with Project Management and Estimating software (HCSS)
  • Experience with scheduling software (P6)
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
  • Ability to travel throughout the upper Midwest
