Overview In this role, you will architect and deliver production-grade integration solutions, data pipelines, and custom features for key enterprise clients. You will diagnose complex blockers in high-stakes production environments and drive impactful outcomes. Responsibilities- Architect, build, and deploy production-grade integration solutions, custom features, and data pipelines for enterprise clients
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to executive stakeholders and client engineering teams
- Lead, mentor, and guide a squad of 3-6 developers to maintain high engineering standards and client delivery
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical blockers in production environments
- Design scalable REST/gRPC APIs and manage complex system integrations
- Lead engineering initiatives and manage technical client relationships
Key requirements- 10-15 years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in client-facing technical roles
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or C++
- Expertise in SQL, ETL data pipelines, and distributed systems
- Cloud platforms experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization
- Proven track record in architecture and design of scalable APIs and integrations
- Leadership experience in guiding engineering teams and client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication for non-technical stakeholders
