Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day account activities and deliver top-notch client service
- Lead a client service team and guide them to exceed expectations
- Support senior brokers with medium to large books of business and handle your own subset of clients
- Identify opportunities and support business development to grow revenue
- Maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Ensure smooth internal processes to deliver client-facing services
- Handle accounts with low to medium complexity
Key requirements- Bachelor or equivalent experience (3 years) or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of related experience
- Casualty insurance license
- Experience in casualty insurance is essential
