Overview In this role you drive strategic enterprise partnerships within Block's North American Enterprise team, addressing leading brands to expand Cash App and Afterpay adoption. You will navigate complex partnerships from strategy to launch and growth, working with cross-functional stakeholders. You shape high-impact commerce and payments deals that align with client priorities and Block's ecosystem. Responsibilities- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from strategy to expansion
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives at global brands
- Develop insight-led narratives linking Cash App/Afterpay to partner priorities
- Lead complex, first-of-their-kind deals with clear milestones and governance
- Create commercial strategies and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
- Coordinate cross-functional deal teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations
- Translate merchant needs into feedback that informs product and go-to-market strategy
- Build enterprise network by engaging with target accounts and industry forums
- Maintain visibility of payments/commerce landscape and emerging trends
- Deliver ambitious revenue goals and sustain a strong pipeline
Key requirements- 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, or related commercial roles
- Experience owning enterprise opportunities end-to-end through launch and expansion
- Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Experience closing complex enterprise agreements with multiple decision-makers
- Experience developing account strategies for large/global organizations
- Experience presenting to senior executives including C-suite
- Experience negotiating pricing and complex contracts with Finance and Legal
- Experience using data to inform deal strategy and business cases
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering during discovery and integration
