Overview In this role you will cultivate and grow highly complex client relationships in the Commercial Auto space, acting as a subject matter expert to guide enterprise-wide financing solutions. You will lead strategy for solving high-impact needs across the enterprise, coordinating with product teams and senior stakeholders. You will mentor colleagues, drive relationship planning, and expand new business with middle-market and mid-corporate clients. Responsibilities- Develop and grow complex client relationships by understanding client needs and coordinating with decision makers
- Lead analysis and presentation of cash flow and real estate lending solutions with enterprise impact
- Guide the strategy and delivery of the most complex solutions across multiple enterprise areas
- Provide vision and leadership on company-wide relationship management strategies
- Mentor professional and managerial staff while improving processes and risk controls
- Drive relationship planning and maintain pipeline discipline in relevant systems
- Source and originate new commercial banking relationships with middle-market and mid-corporate clients
- Partner with Product Management to align client needs with large-scale strategies
Key requirements- 10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience or equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of core banking products and services (commercial lending, treasury management)
- Experience generating new client relationships and retaining long-term partnerships with revenues of $100MM+
- Collaboration with internal product partners (Treasury Management, Wealth Management, Corporate Investment Banking, etc.)
- Syndication and investment banking product experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and obtain FINRA licenses (Series 63 and 79 or equivalent) within 180 days
