Overview In this client-facing role, you will lead maintenance planning for capital projects in life sciences facilities, shaping asset management during design, construction, and commissioning. You'll collaborate with engineering, project leadership, and clients to embed maintenance programs into project delivery and readiness. You'll drive reliability, spare parts strategy, and CMMS enablement to support long-term operations. This position supports Project Farma's patient-focused, people-first culture and offers exposure to cross-functional teams and diverse client engagements.
Responsibilities- Develop maintenance strategies and packages for capital projects to support operational readiness and lifecycle management
- Lead Maintenance Package Development (MPD) activities and manage data/documentation for maintenance planning
- Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses to determine preventive maintenance requirements
- Identify and define spare parts requirements for startup and ongoing operations
- Ensure maintenance data is structured and loaded into CMMS; support CMMS configuration
- Collaborate with engineering, commissioning, and operations to integrate maintenance planning into project execution
- Provide project status updates, planning inputs, and budget tracking for maintenance planning
- Coordinate with Global Facilities Delivery (GFD) or equivalent organizations for project execution
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Reliability Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting capital projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences manufacturing environments
- Experience developing maintenance strategies, reliability programs, or asset management plans
- Experience performing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses
- Experience implementing or supporting CMMS systems such as Maximo, GMARS, or similar platforms
- Blue Mountain and SAP PM
