Overview In this role, you will architect and operate AI-driven lifecycle programs to drive adoption, retention, and monetization within Notion's product suite. You'll collaborate with Product Growth, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Data Science to tailor experiences across channels, continually iterate through experimentation, and scale systems for faster, smarter growth. You'll advocate for customers by translating insights into messaging and in-product experiences. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the core of Notion's growth engine.

Responsibilities- Own always-on lifecycle journeys end-to-end to boost adoption, retention, and monetization
- Design scalable systems for campaign execution, QA, measurement, and channel governance, using AI and automation
- Define personalized journeys using data pipelines, APIs, reverse ETL, and event-based triggers
- Translate customer signals into targeted engagement across email and in-product experiences
- Lead rigorous experiments with Data and Product, tracking lift and sharing learnings
- Communicate insights to stakeholders to influence roadmap, priorities, and go-to-market strategy
Key requirements- 8-10 years in lifecycle marketing or related fields
- Proven track record owning end-to-end, always-on lifecycle programs
- Strong fluency with MarTech concepts (reverse ETL, data pipelines, APIs, webhooks)
- Systems mindset withbuilding repeatable processes and AI-enabled tooling
- Experience designing A/B tests with hypotheses and understanding statistical significance
- Strong customer empathy, segmentation, and messaging skills
- Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management
- Analytical, able to define success metrics and collaborate with Data/Engineering
