Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day subcontractor activities for facility, envelope, utility, and related repair scopes
- Coordinate the work of five to ten field personnel and subcontractor resources, adjusting assignments as project needs change
- Confirm field work aligns with approved plans, specifications, safety requirements, and quality expectations
- Review daily reports, progress quantities, submittals, RFIs, and potential changes
- Coordinate site access, material deliveries, inspections, and work sequencing with project teams
- Identify field constraints early and escalate schedule, safety, cost, and quality issues with recommended solutions
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 8+ years of construction management and subcontractor oversight for facility or infrastructure projects or demonstrated equivalency
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
