Overview In this role you will lead and execute the enterprise talent community and CRM-driven candidate engagement strategy to support workforce priorities and hiring outcomes. You will collaborate with Brand, Innovation & Experience, and Talent Acquisition to craft personalized candidate journeys, advance employer brand storytelling, and optimize CRM-enabled campaigns. Your work will be data-driven, focused on expanding high-quality pipelines and improving candidate experiences. This is a cross-functional role that shapes how we attract and nurture talent at scale.
Responsibilities- Lead the enterprise talent community strategy aligned to workforce priorities
- Design personalized candidate journeys for key talent segments (physicians, APPs, nursing, executives, etc.) and build scalable engagement programs
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for talent community strategy, CRM campaigns, and engagement
- Develop audience segmentation, campaign calendars, workflows, and lifecycle communications
- Lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement
- Test and learn using analytics, A/B testing, and candidate insights to improve engagement
- Identify opportunities to leverage CRM to improve recruiting outcomes and candidate experience
- Maintain CRM briefs, messaging, journey templates, and learnings in a shared repository
- Partner with Employer Brand to define campaigns, messaging, and candidate experiences
- Translate employer brand strategy into personalized candidate experiences across the lifecycle
- Collaborate with Innovation & Experience on CRM administration, configuration, and integrations
- Identify automation, personalization, reporting needs, and process improvements
- Define success metrics and develop dashboards for talent community growth and campaign performance
- Provide data-driven insights to continuously improve candidate experiences and enterprise attraction strategies
- Partner with TA leaders, recruiters, marketing, digital and HR to support enterprise hiring priorities
- Influence without direct authority and stay current on CRM and talent marketing trends
- Keep aligned with major talent segments and enterprise priorities
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, CRM strategy, or related disciplines
- Exceptional written communication skills and ability to craft audience-specific content
- Experience collaborating with brand, creative, digital and technology teams on integrated campaigns
- Experience developing nurture campaigns and lifecycle communications
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority
