Overview In this role you lead a district within Wells Fargo's National Branch Network to drive growth, deposit and loan performance, and exceptional customer and employee experiences. You coach Branch Managers, build leadership pipelines, and ensure disciplined risk management across multiple locations. You translate enterprise strategy into district-level routines to deliver measurable results while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers to drive sales leadership, productivity, and performance across the district
- Own district growth by ensuring acquisition, deepening, and retention of customer relationships through disciplined execution and insights
- Translate enterprise and regional strategy into consistent branch routines and expectations
- Build leadership capability and succession readiness by identifying high-potential talent and accelerating development
- Ensure staffing aligns with demand and partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring readiness
- Collaborate with Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, Home Lending, and Operations to deliver a coordinated Wells Fargo experience
- Model ownership and integrity by balancing growth with risk management and inclusive culture
- Use performance reporting to identify strengths/opportunities and drive improvements
Key requirements- 7+ years in banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience or equivalent
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Proven coaching and people-management capabilities
