Overview In this role you will lead automation-driven transformation across the SDLC and act as a primary evangelist for the approach. You will collaborate with client Enterprise Architects to compare technical options and guide decision-making. You will create end-to-end solution architecture documents and translate client vision into actionable technical plans for development teams. You'll combine development background with automation, quality engineering, DevOps, or SRE concepts to shape scalable solutions. This opportunity offers the chance to influence large-scale, enterprise-grade programs and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Lead tailored solution discussions with clients and internal centers to align with vision and timelines
- Develop end-to-end Solution Architecture documents
- Translate client vision into technical architecture and design artifacts for delivery teams
- Demonstrate automation patterns and DevOps tooling concepts to clients
- Evaluate constraints, identify alternatives, and perform process re-engineering as needed
- Advise on tool and platform selection based on industry best practices
- Support discussions on transformation to product-aligned teams and scaled agile approaches
Key requirements- Development background in enterprise languages (Java, .NET, etc.)
- Experience across multiple SDLC phases for platforms at scale with a focus on automation
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and present to Enterprise Architects
- Familiarity with automation architecture patterns and quality engineering POVs
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tooling; experience with ServiceNow DevOps or Salesforce DevOps is a plus
- Experience transforming automation approaches to reduce toil and improve value stream
