Overview As Generative AI Technical Lead, you will drive design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions that solve real business needs. You'll bridge business stakeholders and engineering to translate pain points into scalable, production-grade AI systems. You will prototype rapidly, architect using cloud platforms, and guide the team to deliver impact at scale while staying current with AI advances. Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions (generative and agentic) addressing business needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Rapidly prototype AI proofs-of-concept and iterate based on feedback
- Architect AI systems using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM orchestration tools
- Navigate enterprise complexity (legacy systems, data silos, security, cross-functional dependencies) to deliver AI at scale
- Apply software engineering practices including AIOps and production deployment standards
- Lead and mentor technical team members and stay current on AI/ML advancements
Key requirements- 5+ years of software engineering with AIOps and production deployment experience
- 3+ years of experience in AI technical products
- Experience designing and developing AI solutions (generative and/or agentic)
- Experience delivering enterprise production AI solutions and integrating with enterprise tools
- Strong AI engineering skills: model integration, prompt engineering, orchestration, evaluation, productionizing AI systems
- Proven ability to navigate large organizations' complexity (legacy systems, data silos, security constraints, cross-functional dependencies)
- Excellent stakeholder communication to bridge business needs and technical execution
- Demonstrated ability to move fast with quick POCs and iterative feedback
- Experience with major cloud AI platforms (AWS) and AI/ML services
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM orchestration tools
