Overview In this role you will lead tax compliance for diverse clients and anticipate tax issues within a collaborative Core Tax Services team. You will be the main client contact, manage workflows and deadlines, and oversee deliverables and communications. You will also train and develop junior staff while guiding complex returns and tax provision work. Responsibilities- Manage client tax compliance and anticipate tax planning opportunities
- Serve as primary client contact and oversee client communications
- Plan and monitor workflows, deadlines, and engagements
- Review complex returns and tax provision work
- Lead and develop Tax Staff and Seniors in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrate superior client service and professional integrity
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff
- Support cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred)
- CPA certification with active license
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting with at least 2 years of managerial experience
- Strong understanding of pass-through entity structures and corporate taxation
