Overview

In this role you will drive the execution of patient and nurse-targeted marketing for Sanofi's US Hemophilia portfolio, shaping both branded and unbranded initiatives. You'll lead content development, editorial planning, and cross-functional collaboration to boost patient engagement, treatment adoption, and adherence. Your work will align with regulatory and brand guidelines while delivering measurable impact across Hemophilia A and B. This is an opportunity to influence care for people with rare blood disorders through strategic, data-informed marketing at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead development and execution of branded and unbranded patient marketing tactics for the Hemophilia portfolio
  • Manage content creation, design, approvals, training, and execution of patient and nurse-targeted collateral
  • Develop personalized content for various patient audiences and life stages (Hemophilia A & B)
  • Lead content planning and editorial calendar for patient channels
  • Ensure materials meet patient needs, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines
  • Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives around life-stage moments (e.g., sports, college, new job)
  • Reach non-engaged patients beyond existing chapter and camp engagements; implement peer mentorship and patient empowerment initiatives
  • Lead nurse education programs to support patient education
  • Coordinate enrollment optimization and retention efforts with Patient Support Services
  • Collaborate with Global and US cross-functional teams; align with US strategy; work with field teams to execute strategy
  • Coordinate with Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Business Ops, and agencies
  • Engage with patient advocacy organizations for community engagement and support programs
  • Optimize strategies based on insights; manage external vendor relationships and budgets
  • Track patient engagement metrics and program performance; support revenue, market share, and budget targets
Key requirements
  • Bachelor
  • 3+ years in biopharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry and/or marketing, strategy, or project management
