Overview In this role you will architect and deliver production-grade integration solutions, data pipelines, and custom features for enterprise clients. You'll act as the primary technical advisor to executive stakeholders and client teams, translating business needs into scalable technical designs. You will lead a small squad of engineers, setting high standards for code quality and client delivery. You will diagnose complex blockers in high-stakes environments and own end-to-end technical delivery, across cloud and distributed systems. This is a client-facing, impact-oriented leadership role that shapes architecture and delivery at scale.
Responsibilities- Architect, build, and deploy production-grade integration solutions, custom features, and data pipelines for enterprise clients
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to executive stakeholders and client engineering teams
- Lead, mentor, and guide a squad of 3-6 engineers to ensure high engineering standards and effective client delivery
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical blockers in production environments
- Design scalable REST/gRPC APIs and engage in complex system integrations
- Manage technical client relationships and leadership responsibilities
Key requirements- 10-15 years in software engineering
- 3+ years in client-facing technical roles (Solutions Architecture or High-Touch Technical Consulting)
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or C++
- Expertise in SQL, ETL data pipelines, and distributed systems
- Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization
- Proven track record of architecture and design for scalable systems
