Overview In this role, you will lead a team focused on managing client account data for performance reporting within Wealth Investments Management Operations. You'll strengthen data integrity and operational controls while driving efficiency through process improvements. Partnering with technology, vendors, and business partners, you will mitigate risk and support critical investment performance objectives. You will shape data-driven reporting practices that support high net worth client outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of alternative investment operations managers and analysts
- Define operational strategy and contribute to line-of-business projects
- Build and maintain operational infrastructure for financial accounting, tax reporting, and client services
- Ensure accurate financial reporting of funds, source proprietary fund vendors, and conduct due diligence on external managers
- Identify process improvements and strengthen risk controls
- Oversee operational due diligence of external investment managers
- Manage third-party distribution of alternative investments through wealth and brokerage divisions
- Make decisions steering operational direction and resolve enterprise-level tasks
- Develop policies and procedures for moderately complex functions
- Collaborate with professionals across levels to influence outcomes
- Drive team performance to achieve objectives
- Allocate resources for securities operations and mentor talent
- Assist in hiring and developing staff
Key requirements- 5+ years of Securities Operations experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience reconciling client account data between core accounting systems and performance applications
- 2+ years in risk management, including issues management and control design
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects with accuracy and integrity
- Excellent collaboration with diverse stakeholders and vendors
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
