Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud migration initiatives, coordinating with engineering and product leaders to align milestones and reporting. You will manage large Oracle projects, create executive-ready dashboards, and craft comprehensive plans to support cross-functional testing and deployment. You'll present progress to VP-level stakeholders and shape tooling and frameworks to enable successful migration efforts. This position centers on delivering impact through structured program management within a cloud-focused, enterprise environment.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day delivery and execution of the Oracle migration initiative
- Oversee large-scale Oracle ERP/EPM projects and Oracle Cloud migrations
- Create and maintain holistic testing schedules with cross-functional teams; track and communicate testing status
- Develop program summaries and dashboards for executive review; present to VP and above
- Develop comprehensive plans, identify tooling/frameworks, and support end-to-end program management
- Maintain and update project inputs to roadmaps, RAID logs, and program test syncs
- Coordinate with Oracle platforms engineering/product leaders; track milestones and deliverables
- Provide biweekly/monthly executive leadership updates; experience presenting to senior leadership
- Utilize Jira/Confluence/Rally for reporting and collaboration
- Leverage cloud platform experience (Oracle, GCP) during migration efforts
- Summarize progress and risks for cross-functional teams and leadership
