Manager Medical Technology, UCC - Administration, FT, 9A-5:30P

In this role you lead and coordinate laboratory operations within the department, shaping policies and ensuring smooth daily performance. You will manage budgets, contribute to long-term capacity planning, and uphold accreditation standards to ensure compliant, high-quality care. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and efficiency in a healthcare setting. • Manage, plan, coordinate and direct activities within the department
• Develop and apply departmental policies for daily operations
• Develop and maintain operational and capital budgets
• Assist in long-range planning for equipment, personnel, and strategies
• Maintain accreditation status and ensure compliance with TJC, CAP and regulatory guidelines

• Five years experience in laboratory with comprehensive knowledge of medical technology theory and practice
• One year of supervisory experience
• Proficient in PC and LIS applications
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license
• MBA or other advanced healthcare management degree preferred
• ASCP or equivalent preferred
• Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years
