Overview In this role you drive new logo acquisition for Virtusa's HiTech unit, focusing on IT services across Digital Transformation and Cloud Transformation. You will build and manage pipeline, engage senior technology and business buyers, and close multi-million-dollar engagements. You collaborate with AI, Cloud, and engineering experts to craft differentiated solutions and expand partner channels. This is a quota driven, growth oriented position with high visibility and strategic impact in a fast-moving market.
Responsibilities- Win new HiTech logos by leveraging networks, targeting pursuits, and forming new relationships
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-million-dollar engagements
- Collaborate with Virtusa's global leaders in AI, Cloud, and Engineering to craft winning solutions
Key requirements- Consistent track record of exceeding quotas in IT services or consulting sales
- Experience selling digital transformation, cloud modernization, AI/ML, and data/analytics services
- Ability to structure complex deals with recurring revenue potential and negotiate terms
- C-Level presence and boardroom communication with investors and executives
- Bachelor's degree; willingness to onsite at client locations 50% of time; travel as required
- Experience with partnerships and channels to drive new business
