You will lead mechanical execution from design through commissioning, coordinating with clients, GC's, EPCs and internal teams to ensure objectives, schedule and budget are met. Responsibilities- Manage all mechanical activities from pre-construction to warranty enforcement for assigned projects
- Serve as primary mechanical contact between client, GC's, EPC's and project stakeholders
- Oversee installation of mission-critical systems (chillers, CRAH/CRAC, dry coolers, pumps, AHU)
- Monitor contractor performance and conduct field inspections for quality and conformance
- Coordinate milestones with electrical, civil, architectural, and commissioning teams
- Provide technical direction and ensure alignment with design, budget, schedule and quality
- Support commissioning activities, start-up, and turnover of building portions
- Coordinate documentation, RFI/submittal validation and engage with Project Controls for cost/schedule
- Review pay applications and support Owner's insurance and bill of sale processes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency
- PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Experience managing large-scale industrial, mission-critical or data center projects
- Knowledge of MEP systems, electrical distribution and cooling infrastructure
- Understanding of construction means/methods, project delivery, and contract administration
- Familiarity with commissioning processes and operational readiness planning
- Experience managing mechanical scopes >$100M in construction value
- Experience with cloud-based PMIS and project controls platforms
