Overview In this role you lead the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management implementation as part of modernization efforts. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, improve data quality, and enable innovative tech solutions. You address complex procurement-related requirements in a S/4HANA modernization context and explore AI-enabled value realization. You will influence design concepts, validate requirements against regulations, and drive strategic projects. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how contracting and procurement operate at scale.
Responsibilities- Serve as an Icertis CLM subject matter expert for the procurement function in the S/4Hana Modernization program
- Support project phases in design workshops and capture business requirements for L3/L4 processes
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI within the new CLM tool to accelerate value
- Facilitate communication of future state designs with peers
- Validate requirements against regulations and procedures
- Identify gaps and cross-functional design needs; solve complex problems
- Perform root cause analysis on processes with cross-functional impact
- Partner with senior management on strategic planning and decision-making
- Manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of related or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM or supporting an Icertis implementation
