Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end construction projects in multifamily and hospitality sectors, guiding teams from preconstruction through closeout. You partner with general contractors, design teams, and owners to drive schedules, budgets, quality, and safety, delivering projects on time and within budget. You will manage risks, coordinate permits, and oversee documentation, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication and successful project closeout. This position offers impact through hands-on leadership across diverse, high-scale developments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle delivery from preconstruction to closeout
  • Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, vendors and design teams for performance
  • Develop and control schedules and budgets; monitor forecasts, change orders and cash flow
  • Oversee quality, safety programs, site inspections, and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and review RFPs, scopes of work, contracts and subcontracts; negotiate and resolve claims
  • Coordinate permitting, inspections, and approvals with authorities
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to owners and leaders
  • Resolve on-site issues, RFIs, and change orders to minimize impacts
  • Lead commissioning, closeout activities, and final project documentation
  • Mentor junior staff and assist in staffing/resource planning
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of project management experience in construction, specifically multifamily and/or hotel/hospitality projects
  • Experience managing projects with GC coordination and units-based metrics
  • Strong scheduling and estimating tools proficiency (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Bluebeam)
  • Budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, and contract administration experience
  • Knowledge of building codes, permitting, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
  • Bachelor in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent work experience
