As Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for Commercial Auto, you will cultivate and expand highly complex client relationships within a specialized banking line. You'll serve as a subject-matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale cash flow, real estate, and other industry-focused solutions with broad enterprise impact. You'll shape strategic solutions by aligning client needs with product capabilities and enterprise objectives, while mentoring colleagues and driving risk-aware growth. Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow complex client relationships through proactive, strategic, and responsive relationship management
  • Lead analysis and presentation of complex cash flow and real estate loan solutions with internal coordination
  • Set strategy and oversee resolution of the most complex client needs across enterprise, engaging product teams for long-term solutions
  • Provide vision and leadership on relationship management strategy across the organization
  • Drive relationship planning and maintain sales pipelines with up-to-date information in relevant systems
  • Source and originate new commercial banking relationships leveraging networks to drive loan, deposit, fee and treasury management revenue
  • Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to inform large-scale, companywide strategies for client needs
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience or equivalent
  • Comprehensive knowledge of core banking products and services including commercial lending and treasury management
  • Experience generating new client relationships and maintaining long-term relationships with revenues of $100MM+
  • Successful collaboration with internal product partners (Treasury Management, Wealth Management, Corporate Investment Banking)
  • FINRA licensing and regulatory compliance requirements including potential Series 63/79 and SIE prerequisites
