Responsibilities- Develop and grow complex client relationships through proactive, strategic, and responsive relationship management
- Lead analysis and presentation of complex cash flow and real estate loan solutions with internal coordination
- Set strategy and oversee resolution of the most complex client needs across enterprise, engaging product teams for long-term solutions
- Provide vision and leadership on relationship management strategy across the organization
- Drive relationship planning and maintain sales pipelines with up-to-date information in relevant systems
- Source and originate new commercial banking relationships leveraging networks to drive loan, deposit, fee and treasury management revenue
- Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to inform large-scale, companywide strategies for client needs
Key requirements- 10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience or equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of core banking products and services including commercial lending and treasury management
- Experience generating new client relationships and maintaining long-term relationships with revenues of $100MM+
- Successful collaboration with internal product partners (Treasury Management, Wealth Management, Corporate Investment Banking)
- FINRA licensing and regulatory compliance requirements including potential Series 63/79 and SIE prerequisites
