Responsibilities- Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversee day-to-day job activity and ensure work complies with contracts
- Coordinate hand-offs from estimating, administer budgets, contracts, materials and equipment
- Lead and develop team members with a growth mindset
- Prioritize safety, quality, scheduling, and customer service
- Perform on-site coordination, quality control, and cost tracking
- Collaborate with superintendents, vendors, and purchasing to ensure material coordination and accuracy
Key requirements- Minimum five years of experience in the trade
- Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task
