Overview

As Finance Manager, you will lead pricing actions and provide actionable financial insights to support profitability and strategic decisions. You will manage a team of Senior Financial Analysts within the Finance Center of Excellence and partner with Commercial Finance and Growth Unit leadership. You'll own P&L analysis and pricing scenarios, translating results into clear recommendations for stakeholders. You will drive pricing process improvements and governance while training cross-functional partners. This role offers impactful work shaping pricing strategy and financial controls.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Senior Financial Analysts to execute pricing actions accurately and timely
  • Partner with Commercial Finance and Growth Unit leadership to support strategic pricing decisions
  • Own P&L analysis and pricing scenarios and present clear recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent understanding and application of pricing calculations, assumptions, methodologies, and financial impacts
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and inform pricing strategy, profitability, and decision-making
  • Lead and support finance-wide initiatives and projects aligned with business priorities
  • Provide training on financial concepts, pricing tools, and processes to Finance and cross-functional partners
  • Drive continuous improvement of pricing processes, controls, and governance
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Finance or Accounting (required)
  • MBA or CPA (preferred)
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and data management
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial systems, and accounting principles
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ERP experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
