Overview

Senior Account Manager at Snap Inc. You will grow and manage senior client relationships within the SMB segment, optimize campaign performance, and lead cross-functional platform initiatives. You'll educate brands on Snap products, guide RFP collaborations, and drive measurable ROI for campaigns. This role combines strategic client leadership with data-driven optimization in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will help shape campaign strategies that leverage Snap's self-service and auction-based tools to deliver impact at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners
  • Lead product update discussions and educate on Snap's products to drive performance
  • Onboard and mentor junior account staff on best practices and cross-functional relations
  • Collaborate with account executives and creative strategists during RFPs to build insight-driven campaigns
  • Oversee projects with complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration
  • Analyze campaign performance data, define KPI-driven measurement, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Promote adoption of Snap's self-service platform and auction-based tools with ongoing support
  • Develop best-in-class case studies with a test-and-learn agenda
Key requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong data-driven understanding of advertising performance metrics
  • Proven experience with cross-functional teams and management levels
  • Expert understanding of advertising performance metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of media management in bid-based auction environments and ability to educate others
  • Ability to manage fast-paced work and multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • BS/BA in business/communications/marketing or related field; 5+ years in digital advertising data analysis and client-facing roles
  • Experience in digital media with focus on performance, brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic RTB
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
