Overview In this role you lead end-to-end testing governance across multiple projects and releases, acting as the central coordination point among Business Analysts, sponsors, testing teams, and project stakeholders. You drive testing quality, monitor progress and defects, and produce artifacts that inform decision-making throughout the software delivery lifecycle. You assess whether End-to-End testing is required and, when needed, align teams to finalize scenarios and resolve blockers ahead of UAT. You manage testbed readiness, data preparation, and ongoing status communications to keep projects on track and risk-aware. Responsibilities- Oversee and orchestrate end-to-end testing governance across projects and releases
- Coordinate between BAs, business sponsors, testing teams, and project stakeholders to ensure tests are well-planned and aligned with release objectives
- Drive testing quality, monitor progress and defect resolution, and produce key testing artifacts
- Review Project Scope (PTS) and Project Feature (Confluence) to determine ETE necessity
- Lead alignment discussions with BAs and Business Sponsor for ETE scenarios and ensure early involvement of impacted teams
- Facilitate scenario finalization with testing teams to clear blockers
- Aim for full ETE sign-off and resolved open questions at least one week before UAT start
- Coordinate TBED readiness by aligning submissions for UAT1 and UAT2 with the Release Calendar
- Drive Test Data Management preparation via designated SharePoint site
- Own and distribute Testing Status emails during Unified Testing and adjust communication cadence based on risk
- Maintain visibility and governance through proactive status updates
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration to mitigate risks and maintain stakeholder confidence
Key requirements- 8 to 10 years of experience in strategic testing leadership overseeing end-to-end testing governance
- Central coordination role between BAs, business sponsors, testing teams, and project stakeholders
- Experience driving testing quality, progress tracking, defect resolution, and producing testing artifacts
- Ability to review Project Scope (PTS) and Project Feature (Confluence) to assess ETE necessity
- Proven ability to lead cross-team alignment discussions and finalize ETE scenarios
- Experience ensuring UAT readiness and sign-off processes
- Familiarity with Testbed readiness (TBED) and release calendar alignment
- Experience coordinating Test Data Management (TDM) preparation and SharePoint workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor updates to risk posture
