Overview In this role, you will drive sales while delivering precise building estimates and feasibility studies. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to present data-driven proposals, read blueprints, and interpret codes. Your work supports project decisions and revenue growth within an employee-owned, team-focused culture. You will balance technical know-how with customer-facing excellence to secure repeat business and contribute to a growing company. This is a hands-on position with impact across commercial drywall projects and contractor relations.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with team members and apply sales and negotiation techniques
- Develop and deliver client presentations
- Prepare building estimates and feasibility analyses
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Maintain current knowledge of building components and their functions
- Assess life cycle values and maintenance needs of building components
- Gather data, compile reports, and present findings
- Provide technical guidance to architects, structural engineers, and contractors
- Understand and apply construction industry practices and codes
- Organize resources, set priorities, and manage contracts
- Ensure compliance with procurement rules and evaluate product/service quality
- Estimate budgets and manage fiscal aspects
- Other duties as assigned
