Responsibilities- Assist with engineering calculations, design verification, and technical analysis
- Set up, operate, and maintain surveying equipment and field instruments
- Inspect equipment and installations for compliance with specs, codes, and safety regulations
- Maintain project documentation including field notes, reports, and as-built records
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Oversee and mentor junior technicians, performing QA reviews
- Conduct site inspections and field investigations for quality control
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and external teams to ensure project alignment
- Identify safety hazards and compliance concerns and inform management
Key requirements- HS + 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- US citizenship
- Proficiency in engineering software and CAD programs
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles and standards
- Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings and specs
- Hands-on surveying equipment and field instrument experience
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation
