Overview In this role you guide Coke Florida's Workers' Compensation program within the Enterprise Risk Management team. You independently manage complex, high-exposure claims, making timely, well-reasoned decisions and coordinating with TPAs, medical providers, and counsel. You drive cost-effective, compliant claim handling while aligning with operations and employee well being. You'll lead RTW initiatives and deliver data-driven insights to reduce risk and loss trends. This position offers autonomy, impact, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities- Own end-to-end Workers' Compensation claims management from intake to resolution, including investigation, medical and indemnity management, reserving, negotiation, and settlement
- Exercise independent judgment within the Chart of Authority and escalate when needed
- Serve as internal subject matter expert on Workers' Compensation and regulatory requirements
- Direct and oversee TPAs, nurse case managers, medical providers, and defense counsel for compliant, cost-efficient handling
- Conduct regular audits of claim files for compensability, medical management, reserving, and compliance
- Manage claim diaries and RMIS data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Lead the Return-to-Work program in partnership with HR, Safety, and Operations
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Legal, Safety, and ERM to align decision-making and proactive risk mitigation
- Provide direction on complex or litigated claims and present loss trends and performance metrics
- Identify trends and opportunities to reduce claim frequency, severity, and overall costs
- Develop and report KPIs to evaluate outcomes, TPA performance, and RTW effectiveness
- Travel as required

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Workers' Compensation claims management experience
- Strong knowledge of WC statutes, claims administration, medical management, and litigation processes
- Ability to independently manage complex, litigated, and high-exposure claims
