Overview As Construction Manager Lead, you will oversee federal facility recovery work in Kauai from assessment to construction. You translate findings into executable scopes and priorities, lead construction managers and field teams, and keep safety, quality, schedule, and cost on track. This onsite role demands clear decision-making amid changing site conditions and resource constraints. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align recovery actions with program objectives and deliver impactful, resilient infrastructure.

Responsibilities- Lead onsite construction management across facility repairs, building envelope restoration, utilities, and related infrastructure.
- Convert assessment findings into scopes, sequencing, and priorities.
- Direct construction managers and coordinate engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
- Monitor safety, quality, schedule, budget, and progress; resolve delivery risks.
- Review plans, submittals, RFIs, change proposals, and field documentation.
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recovery actions to stakeholders.
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 10+ years of leading complex facility or infrastructure construction and repair programs
- 2 years of leadership or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
