Overview In this Controller role, you will lead the accounting function within a growing services organization. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and a timely close process. You will help scale the accounting function to support ongoing growth across multiple entities. You will work on GAAP-compliant financial statements, audit coordination, and budget-related analyses, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities- Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and revenue recognition
- Manage and optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Serve as the primary liaison for external audits and lead audit process
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with finance leadership
- Oversee cash flow, treasury activities, and banking relationships
- Hire, develop, and mentor accounting staff
