Overview As a Project Manager V at AECOM, you will oversee complex data center construction initiatives from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams. You'll apply scheduling, budgeting, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within scope, while guiding field activities and ensuring adherence to design and standards. Responsibilities- Manage all activities of assigned projects across pre-construction, design, construction, and closeout
- Coordinate construction activities with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Understand and apply scheduling concepts, milestones, and construction methods
- Plan and organize reports, review documentation from multiple project teams
- Provide technical direction and ensure work aligns with budget, schedule, quality, and design
- Coordinate with General Contractor on tests/inspections and deliver reports
- Review punch lists and validate completion before substantial completion
- Monitor progress, process RFIs and submittals, provide engineering support
- Coordinate meetings with the GC and site teams; align project controls (cost and schedule)
- Review and approve pay applications; manage off-site stored materials documentation and insurances for pay approvals
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor's in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management or related field
