Regional Business Manager - Long-Term Care (NJ/NY/Philadelphia)

As Regional Business Manager for the Long-Term Care portfolio, you drive sales and growth for the LTC Biologics line, with Santyl as a primary product. You work with regional sales teams and engage with CDPs, TPGs, LTC chains, and facility-level stakeholders to meet quotas. You'll monitor LTC market trends, support marketing materials, and act as a liaison among field teams, accounts, and NAMs. This role offers impact in shaping product adoption within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

• Develop and execute a plan to meet sales quota
• Serve as primary account contact between partners and Smith+Nephew
• Build and nurture relationships with regional KOLs and clinical/administrative personnel
• Engage with facility-level stakeholders as needed
• Represent the LTC portfolio at regional and national CDP conferences
• Monitor LTC market trends to identify unmet needs
• Contribute to development and improvement of product marketing materials and sales collateral
• Coordinate field activities with key accounts and NAMs

• 5-7+ years of relevant medical device sales or sales management experience
• Experience with complex sales in acute care settings with multiple call points (OR and Pharmacy)
• Preferred experience with Burn Units or Burn Surgeons
• Proven ability to develop and leverage KOL relationships
• Track record of launching new products or technologies
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
