Overview As a hands-on, early-career role, you will steward Eightfold's employer brand through authentic employee stories and integrated campaigns. You will work with senior leaders to craft engaging narratives that reflect our culture, growth, and impact, while also handling internal communications as the function scales. You'll own program management, collaborate across Marketing, Recruiting, and People, and help align external storytelling with internal moments. This role offers hands-on ownership from day one in a growing function with visible business impact.

Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day talent brand programs and campaigns, tracking deliverables and schedules
- Own the Talent Brand Program and coordinate stakeholder involvement
- Maintain the content calendar and publish stories about people and culture
- Deliver the monthly What Works Here blog and flagship stories with cross-functional partners
- Identify storytellers, conduct interviews, and draft engaging content
- Coordinate story timelines with product launches and business moments
- Amplify stories with Marketing across channels and oversee creative assets
- Translate hiring priorities into content plans with Recruiting and hiring teams
- Support culture, DEIB, and employer brand initiatives with People
- Explore new tools and platforms to reach target candidates
- Own Glassdoor and other employer profiles, ensuring accuracy and alignment
- Track performance across career site engagement, social metrics, blog-driven applications, and content usage; recommend improvements
- Support internal communications platforms (intranet, Slack, email) and company moments (All Hands, AMAs)
- Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to align internal and external narratives
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- Excellent writing with adaptable tone for different audiences and channels
- Natural storyteller with interviewing skills and ability to turn experiences into narratives
- Curiosity and ability to leverage AI tools for effectiveness
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to meet deadlines
- Solid organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple workstreams
- Fluency with LinkedIn and understanding of engaging, shareable content
- Collaborative work style with senior stakeholders
- Comfort with data and willingness to use analytics to improve content and programs
