Overview

In this role you will cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key clients and agencies to deliver performance that beats expectations. You collaborate across sales, strategy, and creative teams to design insight-driven Snapchat campaigns with measurable ROI. You'll manage complex, cross-functional projects and translate data into actionable optimizations and upsell opportunities. You serve as a product expert, guiding clients on Snap's advertising products and best practices, while driving adoption of self-service and auction-based tools. This position offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with meaningful impact on client outcomes and Snap's growth.

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow relationships with key clients and agencies to achieve advertiser performance targets
  • Partner with account executives and creative strategists through the RFP process to craft innovative Snapchat campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple workstreams internally and externally
  • Analyze campaign performance data to define KPI-driven strategies and optimize campaigns, identifying upsell opportunities
  • Educate brands and agencies on Snap products and best practices, acting as product expert
  • Drive adoption of Snap's self-service platform and auction-based tools, and provide ongoing technical support and real-time analysis
Key requirements
  • 3+ years in digital advertising, performance marketing, or ad-tech
  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related area
  • Experience working with clients to translate data into campaign strategy and performance insights
  • Strong knowledge of advertising performance metrics and bid-based, programmatic environments
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with data analysis and storytelling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
